Job summary

Bain & Company in the United States (Denver) seeks a Manager, Global Talent Strategy to lead operational and strategic initiatives within the CTO office, driving talent forums, cross-functional priorities, and transformation programs. The role blends program management with strategic problem-solving and requires 5–8 years of consulting experience.

You’ll engage across regions and functions, manage budgets and dashboards, and drive improvements using AI tools.

Qualifications

5–8 years of professional experience including Bain consulting experience at Senior Associate Consultant through Consultant level or equivalent client-facing consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
Strong organizational, program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, independent operator with excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with AI tools and process innovation for efficiency.

Responsibilities

Run-the-Business / Chief of Staff Support (60–70%) with agenda setting and material prep for talent forums and leadership meetings.
Cross-functional coordination across talent sub-functions and regions to align priorities.
Operational programs including hiring exception processes and budgeting support.
Talent Transformation PMO tracking initiatives, savings and cross-regional coordination.
Future state talent model support and ad hoc strategic projects.
