Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Manager in Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) to partner with hiring managers and HRBPs across the Americas. You will recruit for roles from junior to senior levels, advise stakeholders on innovative strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

You will collaborate with global ETR teammates, maintain accurate records in Avature, and contribute to ongoing tool upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments.
• Agile thinker who adapts quickly across business functions.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management and expectations setting.
• Sound judgment and discretion with the ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business, from junior to senior levels, in the Americas region.
• Act as a talent advisor to stakeholders with innovative recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through established and new channels.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs and report recruitment status to leadership.
• Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to ETR team projects and upgrade shared tools and resources.
