Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a Senior Specialist to provide high-touch HR support and partnership within the GRS HR and Talent team in Dallas, TX. You will support onboarding, departures, performance management, mobility, immigration, recruiting and compensation across the employee lifecycle.

Collaborating with the HRBP team, you will ensure adherence to HR policies, drive talent programs, and manage day-to-day employee matters in a fast-paced, confidential environment at a leading consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Professional HR experience, mobility and immigration preferred.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• HR processes and talent services across employee lifecycle for assigned areas.
• Communicate with stakeholders on day-to-day employee matters with minimal supervision.
• Support core HR processes, policies, and standards across the lifecycle.
• Interpret and apply policies, escalating as needed to mitigate risk.
