Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring a Recruiter in The Colony, TX to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a candidate pipeline, manage the ATS and PDS tools, and coordinate with branch teams to meet hiring goals.

You will conduct behavioral interviews, assist candidates with resume and interview prep, and develop relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temp hire and/or direct hire orders.
• Attend to all candidates entering the branch and provide correct information about PDS and training.
• Manage PDS website and ATS, monitor selection process and track candidates.
• Develop recruiting events and local relationships; coordinate logistics.
• Qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews and coach for roles.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS; maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Provide coaching and counseling around job performance as necessary.
