Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter for our Texas branch. You will source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles, build client relationships, and manage the end-to-end process in ATS.

You will coach candidates, coordinate recruiting events, and help optimize the hiring workflow to meet client needs. You will work closely with managers to price services, understand industry trends, and ensure exceptional service to clients and candidates across our global

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting experience in staffing or closely related field.
• Experience using ATS to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other job boards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire orders.
• Manage branch recruitment processes and candidate progression in ATS.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and coach for roles.
• Assist with resume prep and interview preparation for candidates.
• Understand client needs and price/sell services as needed.
• Monitor branch metrics and contribute to gross margin improvements.
