Job summary

The Adecco Group in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will manage ATS workflows, leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards, and collaborate with managers to price services and meet recruiting goals while maintaining branch profitability.

Qualifications

• One year of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• ATS experience.
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage the pipeline for temp and direct hire orders.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and monitor the selection process.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Price and sell services; understand client needs.
• Monitor branch gross margin factors and financials.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
