Job summary

The Adecco Group is actively seeking a Recruiter in Coppell, TX to source candidates for temporary, temporary hire, and direct hire roles across clients. You will build pipelines, provide strong customer service to clients and candidates, and help develop business relationships while using ATS and digital tools.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and engage with them to fill job orders.
• Manage PDS website and digital tools to monitor the selection process.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate recruitment events.
