You will lead interviews, coach candidates, deploy recruiting strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet client needs while upholding Adecco’s service standards and compliance. This role emphasizes market insights, candidate engagement, and redeployment to maximize quality and retention.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations and familiarity with ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines and engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews and provide interview coaching.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and strategy.
• Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to identify top candidates and assess fit.
• Participate in special projects and provide escalation support as needed.
