Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience within Adecco Group NA or staffing/human resources solutions is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws, ATS, and current sourcing trends.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews and assist candidates with resumes and prep.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and maximize service levels.
• Act as SME on Adecco tools/processes and redeploy associates as needed.
• Maintain candidate and client records and drive KPIs for recruitment activities.
