Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Talent initiatives aligned with company priorities.
• Define scope, goals, milestones, metrics, and governance; develop integrated project plans and executive reporting.
• Manage milestones, stakeholder communications, and change management activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Talent, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.
• Facilitate steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts; drive accountability and adoption.
