Job summary
YETI is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner to partner with executive leaders in the Americas Commercial organization to design and execute forward-looking talent and organizational strategies. This role combines business acumen, organizational design, and change leadership to enable scalable growth and high-performance teams.
The role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience supporting commercial organizations or Sales teams.
- Proven experience with organizational design and transformation work.
- Strong track record in leading large-scale change initiatives and communication strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Partnership: advise senior leaders and align talent strategy with business priorities.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational strategy.
- Translate business strategy into proactive talent roadmaps and capabilities.
- Drive organizational design, operating model evolution, and role clarity.
- Lead change initiatives with end-to-end planning and execution.
- Develop clear communication strategies to support adoption and engagement.
