Job summary

YETI is seeking a Talent Project Manager to lead enterprise Talent Operations initiatives driving growth, governance, and workforce transformation. You will own the Talent Operations portfolio, overseeing intake, prioritization, reporting, and execution across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate with Talent, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and other leaders to deliver complex programs, including international expansion, M&A integrations, and organizational redesigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or multi-site/enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting, and communications.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Talent initiatives aligned with company priorities and strategic objectives.
• Define scope, goals, milestones, success metrics, and governance; maintain integrated project plans and executive reporting.
• Manage milestones, stakeholder communications, and change management activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Talent, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Technology, Facilities, Tax, and business leaders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges.
• Facilitate steering committees, workstreams, status reviews, and executive readouts.
• Drive accountability and project execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of program deliverables.
• Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
