Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner to work with Americas Commercial leaders to design and execute talent and organizational strategies that enable scalable growth and high-performance teams.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives across key business functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience with executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations or Sales teams preferred.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, operating model development, and workforce strategy.
• Strong track record leading large-scale change initiatives with clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational strategy.
• Translate business strategy into proactive talent roadmaps and leadership development.
• Lead change initiatives with end-to-end planning and measurable outcomes.
