Job summary

YETI is seeking a Talent Project Manager to lead enterprise Talent Operations initiatives driving growth, governance, and workforce transformation. You will own the Talent Operations portfolio, overseeing intake, prioritization, reporting, and execution across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate with Talent, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and other leaders to deliver complex programs, including international expansion, M&A integrations, and organizational redesigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or multi-site/enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting, and communications.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges.
  • Facilitate steering committees, workstreams, status reviews, and executive readouts.
  • Drive accountability and project execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of program deliverables.
  • Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

About the Role

The Talent Project Manager is responsible for leading and driving complex enterprise Talent Operations initiatives that support YETI's strategic growth, operational excellence, compliance, and workforce transformation objectives. This role serves as the primary project manager for enterprise Talent initiatives and is responsible for establishing and maintaining project governance, portfolio reporting, stakeholder alignment, and execution across a diverse portfolio of programs. The position will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives including contingent workforce management, international expansion enablement, mergers and acquisitions integration, organizational restructuring projects, and other strategic Talent initiatives. In addition, this role serves as the primary administrator and owner of the Talent Operations project portfolio, ensuring effective intake management, prioritization, reporting, workload visibility, and project execution across the Talent Operations function. The position requires a professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives across multiple functional areas, ensuring successful delivery through expert planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational influence.

What You'll Do
  • Enterprise Project & Program Management Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, success metrics, and governance requirements, while developing and maintaining integrated project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and executive reporting in partnership with sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Manage key milestones, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and change management activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Talent (Talent Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Systems, Talent Leadership), Legal, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Technology, Facilities, Tax, and business leaders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate project steering committees, workstream meetings, status reviews, and executive readouts.
  • Drive accountability, decision-making, and project execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption/stabilization of program deliverables.
  • Conduct project retrospectives and implement continuous improvement opportunities for future initiatives.
Talent Operations PMO & Issue Tracking Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Talent Operations ticketing/ issue tracking system.
  • Manage project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, backlog management, workflow governance, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, capacity planning tools, executive reporting, and project metrics.
  • Partner with Talent leadership to prioritize work and align project resources against business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, project management templates, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Provide visibility into project health, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and organizational capacity.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or multi-site/enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting, and communications.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Experience within Human Resources, Talent Operations, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or HR Technology environments.
  • Experience supporting international expansion and/or M&A integrations and/or supporting contingent workforce programs.
  • PMO leadership experience.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related project management certification.
  • Experience working with Workday and HR-related systems.
