Job summary

YETI is seeking a Talent Project Manager to lead enterprise Talent initiatives, govern the portfolio, and drive cross-functional programs. You will partner with Talent, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and business leaders to deliver large-scale initiatives.

The role requires strong planning, governance, and executive communication skills, plus experience with PMO standards and tools like JIRA/Smartsheet. Austin-based, full-time role with growth in a dynamic outdoor-focused company.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or multi-site initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
Experience developing executive presentations and communications.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Talent initiatives aligned to company priorities.
Define scope, milestones, governance, and success metrics with executive sponsorship.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications and readouts.
Administer Talent Operations PMO systems, intake, prioritization, and dashboards.
Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and adoption of program deliverables.
