Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR / Talent business partner experience with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with organizational design and large-scale transformation.
• Proven track record in operating model development and workforce strategy.
• Experience supporting technology or digital functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
