Allied Universal is seeking a Recruiting and Lifecycle Coordinator to own the recruiting lifecycle for account managers, supporting staffing, compliance, and HR programs across sites, including international locations. The role involves advisory services, strategic recruiting, onboarding, and training, with travel up to 25% and a salary of $120,000 per year. The candidate will drive a high-quality candidate experience and strong engagement with leaders across time zones.

Formación

• Must have 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites or international locations.
• Associate’s degree in HRM/related field or HS diploma with HR experience.
• Experience with an ATS, preferably iCIMS.
• Knowledge of employment laws and civil rights legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and pipeline management across multiple sites and sources.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to identify trends and report progress.
• Develop short and long-term recruiting strategy and processes.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, badge IT access, and orientation.
• Provide training and guidance on recruiting best practices to management.
• Engage hiring managers and oversee selection and placement decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reporting.
