Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies across a defined region, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. You will partner with leadership to meet hiring needs, manage ATS processes, and continuously improve interviewing and onboarding efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent GED).
• Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives.
• Must be goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals.
• Energetic, driven personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-directed, but also take direction from all levels of managers within the region.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Should have good comfort level with integrating multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions.
• Effective use of technology to create meaningful reports and measurements.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Have a reliable vehicle for regular driving between recruiting locations and branches within region.
• Must have the flexibility and ability to travel periodically/regularly, depending on company needs, with some overnight travel required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build a ready pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with regional leadership to meet hiring needs and present strategies for expanding recruiting efforts.
• Develop and maintain a Recruiting Toolbox of ideas and resources for each region.
• Assist in developing policy and procedure for recruiting to ensure consistency.
• Provide training and assistance to branch staff in managing applicant tracking and posting jobs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and adjust techniques to meet targets and ROI.
• Review and improve branch hiring practices; conduct site visits to optimize interview-to-hire ratios.
• Assist with in-branch hiring events and peak-time interview/hiring activities.
