Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead recruiting strategies across the Atlanta region and maintain a steady pool of qualified candidates for branch hiring needs.

The role partners with senior recruiting leaders, branch managers, and operations to optimize hiring processes, build a proactive recruiting toolbox, and drive interview-to-hire efficiency while delivering results for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent GED).
• Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies.
• Must be goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar environments to accomplish hiring goals.
• Energetic, driven personality with initiative and ability to manage deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-directed, but also take direction from managers.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and comfortable integrating multiple apps.
• Effective use of technology to create meaningful reports and measurements.
• Professional, articulate with good judgment and discretion.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record.
• Have a reliable vehicle for regular driving between recruiting locations.
• Must have flexibility to travel periodically/regularly, with some overnight travel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with leadership to proactively recruit and meet hiring needs; attend branch meetings.
• Develop a Recruiting Toolbox and resource binder with techniques and resources.
• Assist in developing a policy and procedure for recruiting processes.
• Provide support and ATS training to branch staff in managing applicant tracking.
• Administer recruiting measures and analyze data to adjust techniques and strategies.
• Review branch hiring practices and visit sites to improve interview-to-hire ratios.
• Assist with in-branch hiring events and peak-time interviewing.
