Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies across the Reston, VA region. This in-office role requires travel to Washington DC offices and collaboration with directors, VPs, and branch managers to ensure a constant candidate pipeline.

The position demands excellent customer service, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage ATS processes and reporting. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a $65,000 yearly salary.

Qualifications

• Experience turning goals into action by creating and executing recruiting strategies.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools to track hiring metrics.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle for regional travel.
• Willingness to travel between Reston, VA and Washington DC offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop recruiting strategies to maintain a ready pipeline for branch hiring needs.
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring targets and present insights from data.
• Develop a Recruiting Toolbox and a resource binder of techniques for each region.
• Assist in policy development to standardize recruiting processes and resource usage.
• Provide ATS support and training to branch staff in applicant tracking and job postings.
• Analyze recruiting performance and adjust strategies to improve interview-to-hire ratios.
• Conduct branch site visits to optimize hiring practices and efficiency.
• Support in-branch hiring activities during peak times and events.
