Qualifications

12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
Experience leading multi-country recruiting teams at director level or above.
Proven ability to design and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy.
Experience owning a multimillion-dollar TA budget and managing vendor relationships.
Expertise with enterprise recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

Set the global talent acquisition vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Lead onshore U.S. and offshore Philippines teams into one global function.
Design the operating model with centers of excellence and service tiers.
Ensure compliance with employment, privacy, and recruiting laws across countries.
Drive cost per hire improvements and recruiter productivity.
