Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks a Talent Lead to scale recruiting across Research, Engineering, GTM and Operations. You’ll run a 20–30 person team, set strategy, build systems, and stay hands-on where it matters.

This remote-first role can be executed from anywhere, with preferred bases in New York or London, and you’ll partner with People, Finance and leadership to drive workforce planning, offers, and AI-powered recruiting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large talent acquisition (TA) teams at high-growth companies.
• Hands-on recruiting instincts and ability to operate in the weeds.
• Strong people leadership with ability to develop recruiters.
• Ability to design processes, tooling and workflows to enable AI-powered recruiting.
• Collaborates with People, Finance and RevOps on headcount, compensation and hiring strategy.
• Experience recruiting across Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full talent function across Research, GTM, Engineering & Product, and G&A hiring.
• Shape Talent Operations: ATS configuration, headcount tracking, hiring velocity metrics, and recruiter tooling.
• Identify innovative ways of approaching Talent: design the next-gen Talent org structure and processes.
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads and hiring managers with market intelligence and pipeline health visibility.
• Build and maintain a strong talent brand through candidate experience, events, and sourcing strategies.
• Coach and develop recruiters, setting standards for quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders across Research, Engineering, GTM, and Operations on workforce strategy.
