Qualifications

• Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record closing quota-carrying sales roles.
• Based in or preferred to be based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles (e.g., Sales Development, Account Executives, Revenue Partnerships).
• Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Design and manage candidate pipelines with a high-touch, transparent process.
• Provide market insights, benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
• Represent ElevenLabs externally to reflect the brand and values to candidates.
