Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Talent Lead to scale a high‑velocity, AI‑driven recruitment function across Research, Engineering, GTM, and Operations. You will lead 20–30 recruiters and talent ops, shaping strategy, tooling, and processes to win top talent globally.

You’ll partner with People and department heads, balancing rapid execution with thoughtful, strategic hiring. This remote-first role can be operated from NY or London, with offices available in select locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large TA functions at high-growth companies, with direct experience filling hundreds of roles per year across multiple functions and geographies.
• Hands-on recruiting instincts and ability to operate in the weeds when needed.
• Strong people leader who builds, develops, and retains recruiting talent.
• Sharp on process: design and iterate on systems, tooling, and workflows to enable a high-performing 20–30 person team with AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full talent function across Research, GTM, Engineering & Product, and G&A hiring—setting strategy, managing team performance, building a recruiter capacity engine, and driving outcomes across all verticals.
• Shape Talent Operations: ATS configuration (Ashby), headcount tracking, hiring velocity metrics, and recruiter tooling.
• Identify innovative ways of approaching Talent: design next-gen org structures and AI-enabled Talent processes.
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads and hiring managers with market intelligence and pipeline visibility.
• Build and maintain a strong talent brand through candidate experience, community engagement, and sourcing strategies.
• Coach and develop recruiters, setting clear standards for quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders across Research, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to align on priorities and workforce strategy.
