Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Around 10 years of experience in HR
• 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role

Responsibilities

• Pivot between strategic and operational responsibilities daily
• Counsel employees and leaders on HR matters and issues
• Coach new managers on employee relations and development
• Help design and improve people processes (e.g., performance management)
• Analyze data to inform HR strategy
• Collaborate with global HR team across offices in NY, London, and Hong Kong
