Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Early Careers.
• Experience designing and managing early career programs in a fast-paced global tech environment.
• Strong workshop facilitator with the ability to inspire early career professionals.
• Experience building external university partnerships and campus strategy initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to scale multi-faceted programs across global teams.
• Ability to use data, feedback, and storytelling to measure program impact.
