• Experience in talent development, leadership development, learning, human capital strategy, program management, or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences and levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve firmwide development experiences that build critical skills and leadership capabilities.
• Translate priorities and feedback into clear objectives, learning journeys, and session designs.
• Develop strategy materials, speaker briefs, and manager toolkits for delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Talent, business leaders, and vendors to shape relevant content and practical outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end execution of development programs, including logistics, pre/post engagement, and follow-ups.
