At Spaulding Ridge, we believe all business is personal. Core to our values is our relationships with our clients, our business partners, our team, and the global community. Our employees dedicate their time to helping our clients transform their business, from strategy through implementation and business transformation.

We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our People & Culture Team!

The Talent Development Manager is an experienced learning professional responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating talent development programs, and for partnering with the People & Culture team to shape the company’s global learning framework and strategy. This role translates enterprise priorities and emerging capability needs into practical, scalable learning experiences that accelerate new-hire productivity, strengthen consulting and technical capabilities, and increase manager effectiveness.

This individual combines strategic thinking with strong execution and presentation skills, serving as a trusted adviser to leaders across the organization. The role is hands‑on and requires strong business judgment and a clear point of view on the talent strategies needed to enable business results.

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to develop and maintain the global talent development strategy and annual plan, contributing business needs and program results to shared decisions on priorities, portfolio, and success measures.
  • Consult with practice and business leaders to assess current and future capability gaps and translate them into learning priorities and scalable solutions.
  • Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver programs that build consulting capability, technical skills, professional skills, and readiness for AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Design and lead leadership and manager development programs, including cohort-based formats and flagship virtual and in-person programs, in alignment with Spaulding Ridge’s competency framework.
  • Set instructional design standards using adult learning, instructional design, and behavior‑change principles, and review curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, job aids, assessments, and surveys against them.
  • Oversee program execution, including project plans, stakeholder alignment, communications, facilitators, and post‑program reinforcement, while maintaining a consistent learner experience.
  • Define success metrics for programs (participation, completion, learner feedback, knowledge application, business impact) and use data and business feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Prepare business cases and budget recommendations for learning investments and manage external providers.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and program owner for the learning management system, including course configuration, assignments, enrollment rules, enrollment management, technology, reporting, user support, data integrity, content governance, review cycles, and archiving.
Skills and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, or organizational development, including at least two years in a lead or strategy role.
  • Experience developing learning strategies and shaping a program portfolio, with examples of setting direction in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Applied instructional design experience, including needs analysis, learning objectives, assessment, and evaluation of learning programs.
  • Experience facilitating leadership and manager development, including for senior audiences, in virtual and in‑person settings.
  • Hands‑on experience administering a learning management system. Experience with Docebo or a comparable platform is preferred.
  • Comfort using learning data, reports, surveys, and spreadsheets to identify trends and make practical recommendations.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and levels while adapting to different business and learner needs.
  • Experience delivering learning programs in a professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly fast‑paced environment preferred.
