Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Talent Development Senior Associate to design, deliver, and evaluate North American talent development programs in alignment with global learning standards. The role includes managing internships, facilitating learning experiences, and continuously improving program effectiveness.

You will partner with People & Culture, practice and business leaders, and external providers. A 4–6 year track record in Learning and Development and LMS experience are preferred.

Formación

• 4-6 years in Learning and Development or related fields.
• Experience delivering programs in professional services or tech environments.
• Hands-on LMS administration and instruction design knowledge.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design, development, and evaluation of NA talent development programs.
• Lead North American learning calendar and act as primary facilitator for various learning experiences.
• Manage the NA internship program from planning to completion.
• Translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Design and maintain curricula, facilitator guides, and eLearning assets.
• Oversee LMS configuration, enrollment, reports, and data governance.
