Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a senior leader in Global Talent Development to design and scale leadership learning programs across a global organization. You will craft learning ecosystems that are inclusive, digitally enabled, and scalable while aligning with Bloomberg’s strategy and future-of-work landscape.

You will collaborate across geographies to enable a leadership culture that is globally cohesive, locally relevant, and future-ready—empowering our people to lead with purpose and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning or leadership development, organizational development, or talent development in global companies.
• Proven ability to design and scale leadership and learning programs for diverse cohorts that drive business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in modern instructional design tools and modalities, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Skilled in adult learning, behavioral science, and modern instructional design practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and execute pragmatically.
• Can pivot between strategic design and hands-on content creation in a global team.
• Strong program and project management with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, analytics, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to build business cases for talent development solutions.
• Architect and deliver innovative, human-centered learning journeys using digital, blended, experiential and AI-enabled modalities.
• Drive end-to-end program development lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Champion continuous learning, coaching, and feedback to embed leadership as a responsibility.
• Integrate development with enterprise talent strategies, including succession and inclusion.
• Design and develop high-impact content and flow-of-work tools, including GPTs and workshops.
• Lead pilot launches and support regional delivery teams in implementations.
• Use psychometrics and 360 assessments to enable growth and self-awareness.
• Localize content with regional teams while maintaining global consistency.
• Build measurement strategies to show business impact beyond satisfaction.
