Job summary
Bloomberg’s Global Talent Development team is seeking a senior professional to design and deliver enterprise-wide leadership development solutions that scale globally and stay locally relevant. You will build integrated learning ecosystems, partnering across geographies to foster a cohesive, future-ready leadership culture.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in learning or leadership development in global orgs.
- Proven ability to scale leadership programs with cross-functional impact.
- Expertise in instructional design methods and AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to build talent development strategies.
- Design human-centered learning journeys using digital, blended, and AI-enabled methods.
- Lead end-to-end program development from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
- Incorporate enterprise talent strategies like succession and inclusion.
- Create flow-of-work content, GPTs, and run design sprints with global teams.
- Lead pilot launches and support regional delivery teams.
