Job summary

DoorDash’s Talent Acquisition Operations team seeks a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to leverage data and optimize the TA tech stack, delivering actionable insights globally. You will help recruiters become more efficient and informed through robust tooling and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement, ideally within talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Proven track record translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and influencing decisions.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting technologies like Greenhouse, Workday, Beamery, Eightfold, Gem.
• Experience in project managing technology implementations and driving user adoption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions for TA performance and opportunities.
• Partner with People Analytics and IT to integrate data sources for a holistic talent pipeline view with dashboards and reporting.
• Identify and recommend tooling optimizations within the TA tech stack to meet business needs.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new TA technologies to improve efficiency and data capture.
• Develop and deliver training programs to empower recruiters to leverage data insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recruiting metrics, identifying root causes of performance fluctuations and strategic adjustments.
• Support data governance to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across TA systems.
