Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to drive data-driven decision-making for Talent Acquisition globally. You will audit data sources, optimize the TA tech stack, and partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and enablement—delivering actionable insights and improving recruiter efficiency.

Qualifications

• You have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement, ideally in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• You translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and influence decision-making.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have extensive ATS/CRM experience and other recruiting tech.
• You have project managing technology implementations and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions to provide insights on performance and opportunities.
• Partner with People Analytics and IT to integrate data sources for a holistic talent view.
• Identify opportunities for tooling optimization within the TA tech stack.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new TA technologies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to empower recruiters to leverage data insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recruiting metrics and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Support data governance to ensure data integrity, privacy and compliance.
