Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to optimize our TA tech stack and provide actionable insights for recruiters globally. In 90 days, audit data sources and tooling, identify pain points, and define reporting needs with stakeholders.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Recruitment Strategy and Operations within the TA Ops team. You’ll build robust data solutions, integrate ATS/CRM/HRIS data, optimize tooling, and enable teams with training and governance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement within talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and influencing decisions.
• Extensive experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Beamery, Eightfold, Gem).
• Experience in project managing technology implementations and driving user adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions to provide insights into TA performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Integrate data sources (ATS, CRM, HRIS) for a holistic talent pipeline view with dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for tooling optimization within the TA tech stack to boost recruiter productivity.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new TA technologies for efficiency and data capture.
• Develop and deliver training to empower recruiters to leverage data insights and tools.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify root causes of performance changes and guide strategic adjustments.
• Support data governance to ensure integrity, privacy, and compliance across TA systems.
