Job summary

BrickRed Systems is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support global recruitment strategies across assigned functional and geographic areas. You will lead end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to ensure a strong candidate experience.

This role requires expertise in ATS, talent sourcing, recruiting operations, analytics, SLAs, and process improvement, with responsibility for pipelines, SLAs, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting with strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruiting projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience with ATS systems, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, recruiting metrics, and sourcing analytics.
• Experience managing SLAs, recruitment timelines, and candidate experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement recruitment process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job intake through candidate acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Manage interview processes, candidate feedback, interviewer feedback, SLAs, and next steps.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks for assigned functions and locations.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.
• Analyze sourcing performance and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Identify and implement recruitment process improvements.
• Support job advertising, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of talent acquisition trends, recruiting best practices, and industry benchmarks.
• Manage multiple requisitions and recruiting projects while meeting timelines and service-level expectations.
• Provide mentoring, training, and recruiting guidance to junior team members as needed.
