Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business functions.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology landscape, hiring trends, and candidate motivations.
• Experience in agency, corporate recruiting, or both.
• Naturally curious about business and talent driving success.
• Able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced global environment.
• Commitment to quality, professionalism, and candidate experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Able to leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify talent across functions.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as trusted partner and advisor.
• Ensure interview processes are efficient, professional, and consistent.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit with thoughtful recommendations.
• Manage the offer process from reference checks through offer acceptance.
• Partner with leadership to understand priorities, provide market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding.
