Job summary

InterSystems, a private global technology company with a Boston, MA presence, is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to shape hiring across engineering, sales, and corporate functions. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of searches, partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy rather than merely executing requisitions.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build trusted relationships, and guide interview processes while improving recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including technical skill sets, hiring trends, and candidate motivations.
• Experience in an agency, corporate recruiting environment, or a combination of both.
• Naturally curious, with a desire to understand the business and how talent drives organizational success.

• Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and fellow team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance. Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive. The estimated base compensation range for this role is: $77,000 — $123,000 USD
