Edwards, a division of Atlas Copco, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and oversee end-to-end selection processes. You will improve branding, ensure compliant interviewing, and own offers while partnering with agencies and universities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment within a corporate HR team.
• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with social media, proactive outreach, and professional networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong data reporting skills.
• Ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies to support changing business needs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and set expectations.
• Source candidates through online channels and networks.
• Govern screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Maintain compliant, inclusive recruitment branding and processes.
• Own offer process and manage relations with agencies and vendors.
• Foster partnerships with universities and institutions.
