Edwards Company, a division of Atlas Copco, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a hybrid role in the United States (Sanborn, NY or Hillsboro, OR). You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, source candidates, and lead the end-to-end interview and offer process.

The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a corporate HR team, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle recruitment in a corporate HR team
• Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or equivalent
• Familiarity with social media, proactive outreach, and professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong data reporting
• Ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies to support changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and align expectations
• Source candidates via online channels and professional networks
• Manage screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Ensure branding, neutrality, and legal compliance in job ads and questions
• Own offer process from approvals to acceptance
• Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders
• Transfer knowledge and train other HR teams when needed
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects within HR
