Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Partner (Americas) to lead end-to-end recruiting across technical and corporate roles. This high-autonomy role requires managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, with hybrid work 3x per week in Herndon, VA; Austin, TX; or Denver, CO.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive proactive sourcing, and own the interview process, offers, and market insights to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches across different job families.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US hiring practices and regional market nuances.
• Comfort working in a hybrid format (3x week in-office), collaborating across time zones and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership functions.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies where possible.
• Manage interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Lead offers in partnership with HR and Hiring Managers, including compensation discussions.
