You will execute proactive sourcing, leverage AI tools, and champion a strategic TA agenda including ED&I and EVP. Join our Boston-based team to make an impact in cancer and rare disease outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.
• End-to-end experience owning hires across Sales, Commercial and Go-To-Market.
• International/global hiring experience is beneficial.
• Able to manage 10-20 requisitions autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with commercial leaders to own commercial and go-to-market hiring.
• Support headcount in 25+ countries and hire globally.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent and build pipelines.
• Use market insights to influence data-driven hiring outcomes.
• Drive candidate engagement and reduce time-to-hire.
