SOPHiA GENETICS in Boston is seeking a Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner to own go-to-market hiring and full-cycle recruitment globally, with a focus on the US Enablement, Support and Operations teams.

You will partner with commercial leaders across 25+ countries, build proactive pipelines using tools like Metaview AI Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter, and drive data-driven hiring outcomes with a strategic TA mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.
• End-to-end experience owning hires across Sales, Commercial and Go-To-Market.
• Experience in high-growth environments, ideally SaaS/Healthcare.
• International/global hiring experience beneficial.
• Comfort managing 10–20 REQs autonomously.
• Strategic and value-add approach to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and go-to-market hiring with full-cycle recruitment globally.
• Own US hiring across Enablement, Support and Operations.
• Execute sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Leverage market insights to influence data-driven outcomes.
• Improve candidate engagement and reduce time-to-hire.
• Contribute to AI adoption, ED&I, EVP & Employer Brand initiatives.
