OpenTable, a Booking Holdings, Inc. company, is seeking a 12 month fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team.

In this role, you will drive full cycle recruitment for multiple departments, act as a brand ambassador, and advocate for candidate experience and diversity and inclusion. This position will focus on recruiting for roles across USA, Canada, and Mexico, and we are seeking someone who is bilingual in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking.
• Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches.
• Demonstrable track record of advising hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities from sourcing to closing.
• Attract top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Track progress and metrics using our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Build OpenTable employment brand as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with hiring managers across functions to fill roles.
• Pipeline talent for future opportunities.
