Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a 12 month fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit across Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing and Finance & Accounting for USA, Canada, and Mexico. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English and a passion for a diverse candidate experience.

You will drive full-cycle recruitment and act as a brand ambassador for OpenTable across a global team. You will work remotely with a schedule that supports a worldwide workforce, collaborating with partners across time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking.
• Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously.
• Demonstrable track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities, continuously sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates.
• Attract top talent and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and creative programs.
• Accurately track progress and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting using our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Act as a brand ambassador to build and maintain the OpenTable employment brand.
• Build positive relationships with employees across business functions and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Pipeline talent for future roles.
