Surge Staffing is seeking a bilingual Talent Advisor (English and Spanish) for a permanent, full-time internal position. The role emphasizes delivering superb customer service to clients and temporary associates, with at least one year of sales experience and the ability to recruit, interview, and match candidates to client needs.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak and write in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Willingness to travel to various locations and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Perform resume searches and refer to candidate pool to fulfill client orders.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase branch profits.
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and obtain new business partnerships.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Manage marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, and demonstrations.
• Nurture partnerships with exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff; coach and counsel for performance.
