Job summary

Leon Management International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent across roles. You will partner with department leaders to understand needs and deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience in English and Spanish.

The role requires 1–2 years in recruitment or HR, bilingual fluency, and strong communication. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, maintain ATS records, and contribute to employer branding in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or current enrollment in HR program).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• 1–2 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent Leon Management International at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
