Job summary

IPEX is seeking a remote, bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (English/Spanish) to lead full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to align talent with business goals. The role requires engaging top candidates, building pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while attending occasional on-site events near Pineville, NC.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings, job postings, resume reviews, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Source candidates using innovative and strategic methods to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable policies and labor laws.
• Develop relationships with post-secondary institutions, associations, and professional organizations.
• Represent the company at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.
• Promote company culture, values, and career opportunities to strengthen employer branding.
• Support social media employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to recruitment and candidate experience.
• Provide broader HR support as required.
