Job summary

AspenTech, based in Houston, TX, seeks an America’s Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Senior and Principal Consultants across North and South America. You will partner with business leaders and HR to deliver consultative talent solutions and build future pipelines.

You have 8+ years in recruitment with leadership experience, strong data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to scale recruiting practices in a matrix organization, while guiding build vs. buy strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience with proven expertise in recruiting solutions, strong operational focus, utilizing data to influence, talent mapping, and direct sourcing.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams highly preferred.
• Strong operational experience in various talent acquisition principles: cost per hire, compa ratio, hiring budgets, geographic hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with senior leaders in the business and HR to develop future talent pipelines.
• Provide consultative talent solutions and knowledge of markets, candidates, and talent strategies.
• Set expectations for team performance, stakeholder partnership, and recruiting discipline across the Americas.
