Bentley Systems in Exton, PA offers a Hybrid Technical Recruiter role for the Americas. You will act as a talent advisor, build proactive pipelines, and drive end-to-end recruiting for the US, Canada, Mexico, and more, using AI-powered tools to attract top engineers and developers.

You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and tracking key metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to source, build talent pipelines and close top technical talent.
• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source, engage and nurture technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, events and referrals.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and trends.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness.
• Drive employer brand visibility through events and online engagement.
• Collaborate with TA team to improve processes and metrics.
• Meet KPIs and manage relationships with external recruiters when needed.
