Illumio is seeking an executive to lead Global Talent Acquisition, building a disciplined, data-driven engine for hiring with speed, quality, and care. You will architect an AI-native operating system, govern a multi-year TA program, and lead a distributed team across functions to scale globally.

The role focuses on transforming recruiting workflows, technology decisions, and performance metrics while preserving human ownership of relationships and decisions.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition operations.
• Experience architecting AI-enabled operating models or enterprise workflow transformation.
• Experience building early career, internship, university programs with measurable ROI.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, including prioritization and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting systems, data governance, analytics, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio governance, budget priorities, vendor strategy, and longer-term TA organization plan.
• Lead a distributed global TA team and cross-functional partners across People, Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and Communications.
• Architect Illumio’s AI-native Talent Acquisition Operating System and integrate Ashby with end-to-end workflows.
• Define and deliver multi-year TA operations, programs, and transformation strategy aligned with Illumio’s hiring priorities.
